Breathing is life! If we breathe, we live. The well being and general human’s behavior depends on breathing. The individual breath is connected with the universal breath. The whole universe breaths following rules, laws and rhythm. Observe yourself in various events. The way we breathe affects our inner psychic world. Psychic states such as sadness, anxiety, joy, fear, affect breathing. The way we breathe is never the same. Each one of our activities is followed by similar, special breathing.

Good sleep-being. There is no “gold standard” for the duration of normal sleep (± 8-9 hours). Deprivation of sleep causes:
- Affective disorders (anxiety, depression),
- Disturbances in behavior (irritability),
- Memory impairment, difficulty in learning,
- Low skills-performance,
- Diseases: cardiovascular, autoimmune, endocrine,
- Increased propensity for accidents.
