Where do the lessons take place?

In a room that is heated and ventilated, the floor is covered with individual carpets and rugs.

HaTha-Yoga with whom?

HaTha Yoga is supervised by teachers who:

  • Are qualified and trained by the Greek Yoga Association in collaboration with Eva Ruchpaul’s Institute in Paris.
  • Experience constant personal training and gain knowledge to perfect their art of teaching.
  • Respect the ideas, the opinions and the beliefs of the students.
  • Are able to provide well structured teaching, based on the necessary instructions for the successful performance of the postures and breathing techniques.

He quietly and effortlessly works with his body, give it time and discovers his spiritual and physical self. His psychological state is of great importance. His physical state is not always the same. The season, the time, the rhythm of his life, old and new events can affect his body. All these should be taken seriously into consideration, so as not to put any pressure on his body, not even deceive himself, but accept it as it is at this specific time.
